A for Adoration – Praising God for all his Goodness

C for Confession – Recognising we mess up, and need God’s Forgiveness
               ‘Jesus Remember me’
T for Thanksgiving – Seeing all God is doing in your life and thanking him for it
‘Bless the Lord my Soul’, ‘The Lord is my light’ and ‘In the Lord I’ll be ever thankful’
S for Supplication – Asking God for something in our lives or beyond
               ‘O Lord hear my prayer’
